You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

This Jali Elephant hailing from Jaipur is a work of true master craftsmanship. The other name for Elephant Jali work is ‘Handmade Elephant Undercut.’ In older times, a major portion of Jali work was done on stones however, nowadays it is being practised on wood as well. The Wooden Jali Elephant that you see is achieved after the single piece of wood block undergoes several steps of processing. First, the seasoned wood i.e. Wrightia tinctoria tree wood is bought and the Jali artist marks drawings as per the size requirement. Next the elephant design is carved on the wood. After obtaining a rough shape, numerous holes are chiseled using micro drills. Through these holes, the artist gouges a drill inside the statue to scrap out the wood and crafts another baby elephant inside. The outer body of the statue is rubbed with emery sheet to smoothen any undesired twig. Next, the Handmade Wooden Elephant Statue is colored and waxed. To reach the final product, a manual coating of a polish using toothbrush is applied to highlight the color neatly.
