⬆ Golden Birds: India was once known as the “Sone ki Chidiya” (Golden Bird). The golden birds in our logo celebrate that era of prosperity and culture. At Santarms, we are trying to bring back that feeling by taking our rich crafts to the world.
⬇ Folded Hands (Namaste): The form also resembles folded hands in Namaste – a symbol of humility, respect and a warm Indian welcome from our artisans to your home.
Why the name “Santarms”?
The name Santarms comes from two words: “Sant” + “Arms”.
- Sant (संत): We lovingly see our artisans as “sants” — devoted souls who quietly serve the nation with their skill, discipline, art and values, passing craft traditions from one generation to the next.
- Arms (Hands): Their hands are their “arms of creation”. With every curve they carve and every motif they paint, they shape not just products but stories of India.
Together, Santarms means: “the blessed hands of artisans who keep India’s spiritual and cultural roots alive.”

Our Story – From a Small Table to Global Homes
Santarms was founded by Dalbir Singh & Tarun Singh with a simple but powerful thought:
“अगर हम अपने कारीगरों का साथ नहीं देंगे, तो उनकी कला यहीं खत्म हो जाएगी।”
What began as a small table for packing orders and a handful of wooden products has grown into a structured, registered and globally trusted handicraft brand. Our legal entity, Bimlesh Skill and Crafts Private Limited, was incorporated in 2018 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and today operates as the company behind the brand Santarms.
2018 – A Humble Beginning
We started with a few artisans, limited capital and a belief that Indian handicrafts deserve a premium stage. Products were photographed at home, listed manually and every parcel was packed by the founders themselves.
Facing Challenges, Building Trust
There were delays, production issues and days with zero orders, but we kept going — listening to customers, improving quality and reinvesting every rupee into better designs, safer packing and artisan training. Slowly, word-of-mouth brought our first repeat buyers and long-term patrons.
Today – A Global Indian Craft House
Today, under Bimlesh Skill and Crafts Pvt. Ltd., Santarms works with 200+ artisans, ships across India and exports to customers in multiple countries worldwide.
