We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All tags, accessories, manuals, freebies must be included.
- Item must be in its original packaging with protective materials.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Minor variations in color/finish inherent to handmade items are not considered defects.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Perishables (foods, flowers), personal care / hygiene items, opened beauty products.
- Customized / personalized / made-to-order items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale / clearance items and gift cards.
If unsure about a specific product, email us before purchasing.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Item
Please inspect the package on delivery. If you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect item:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging and the item.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Based on assessment, we will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges
The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.
How to Start a Return
Email customercare@santarms.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and packing instructions. Returns sent without approval will be refused.

Shipping fees: If the return is due to change of mind / wrong size / not required, the customer pays return shipping. If due to damage/defect/incorrect item, Santarms covers the cost.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at customercare@santarms.com.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off
For orders shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
International Returns
International returns are accepted where feasible. Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are non-refundable and borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Undeliverable / Wrong Address
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges apply. Alternatively, we can refund the product value (shipping fees are non-refundable) after we receive the parcel back in original condition.
