1) Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 11:30 AM IST are treated as next-day orders.
- No processing on Sundays or national public holidays.
- Processing may extend during festivals, sales, or peak seasons.
2) Shipping Charges
Shipping fees vary by product weight/volumetric dimensions and delivery pincode. The exact charge appears at checkout before payment.

3) Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Once packed, orders are handed to trusted third-party logistics partners.
- Post-dispatch delays or damage caused by carriers are beyond Santarms’ control.
- Tracking ID is shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.
- Indicative delivery window: 3–10 business days (location & item dependent).
4) Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
- Customers must enter accurate shipping details at checkout.
- If the address is incorrect/incomplete and shipment returns or fails, re-delivery charges apply.
- At our discretion, we may cancel and refund only the product value (shipping excluded).
5) International Shipping
- Accepted selectively based on feasibility and regulations.
- Customs duties, taxes & clearance fees are borne by the recipient.
- Typical timelines: 7–21 business days (destination & clearance dependent).
6) Damaged / Tampered Packages
- Refuse delivery if the parcel appears open, damaged, or tampered.
- Click photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
- Report to us within 24 hours of the attempted delivery.
