🌍 We're Hiring: Domestic + Export Division

🔹 Export Business Executive (Full-Time | Delhi / Remote + Field)

Take Indian handicrafts to the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle global buyer inquiries (B2B/B2C)

  • Prepare Proforma Invoices, Export Documentation (IEC, HS Code, etc.)

  • Coordinate with CHA, shipping, DGFT, and freight partners

  • Manage profiles on TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Amazon Global, Etsy, Alibaba

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years experience in handicraft/textile exports

  • Excellent English and email communication

  • Understanding of international trade terms

🔹 International Sales Manager (B2B) (Part-Time / Freelance / Commission-Based)

  • Generate and close international bulk orders

  • Represent Santarms in virtual exhibitions and trade fairs

  • Build wholesale partnerships with global handicraft buyers, boutiques, and retailers

🔹 E-Commerce Operations Executive (Full-Time | Delhi / Remote)

  • Manage product uploads, orders, inventory, and customer queries

  • Shopify or WordPress experience preferred

  • Coordinate with artisans and logistics partners

🔹 Artisan Relations Officer (On-Field | North India Preferred)

  • Visit artisan hubs and onboard new craftspeople

  • Ensure quality checks and packaging

  • Capture artisan stories for social media and export branding

🔹 Social Media & Content Intern (Remote / Freelance)

  • Create reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content

  • Write blogs on Indian crafts and export culture

  • Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, Pinterest, or video editing

🔹 Customer Care Representative (Remote | Hindi + English)

  • Handle WhatsApp, phone, and email queries

  • Use support tools like Tidio, Freshdesk, or Zoho

🔹 Export Intern (Paid Internship) (2–3 months | Remote)

  • Learn international market research, quotation drafting, and trade compliance

  • Assist in managing trade portals like Amazon Global, Etsy, and more

  • Perfect for MBA / Export Management students
