2. How do I place an order?
Browse products, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to checkout. No account is required, but creating one helps track orders easily.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for certain PIN codes across India.
5. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
6. How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–10 business days
Handcrafted items may take an extra 1–2 days for quality checks.
7. Can I cancel my order?

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Send a photo and your Order ID via email or WhatsApp. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
9. What is your return/refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
10. Do you ship internationally?
